ID (read-only): this is the PostgreSQL internal ID for the record.
Film ID (read-only): this information is the internal ID used by PostgreSQL to identify the film where the current image is stored.
Filename (read-only): this is the filename used to identify the image in the file system.
Width (read-only): this is the width of the image, given in pixels.
Height (read-only): this is the height of the image, given in pixels.
MIME type (read-only): this is the internal MIME type of the image, as retrieved by the GNOME libraries.
Number: the image number is the personal number used to classify the film. On real films, it's generally the number printed on the negative film.
Lens maker: used to identify the lens used to take the picture.
Lens model: used to identify the lens used to take the picture. The list displays values already entered for the currently selected lens maker.
Focal length: you can store the focal length which was used to take the picture.
Aperture: this is the aperture of the lens used to take the picture.
Speed: this is the speed of the camera which was used to take the picture.
Latitute: this is the latitude of the place where the picture was taken ; in can be specified in any unit, but meters are generally used.
Longitude: this is the longitude of the place where the picture was taken ; in can be specified in any unit, but meters are generally used.
Elevation: this is the altitude of the place where the picture was taken ; in can be specified in any unit, but meters are generally used.
Direction: this is angle of the direction used to take the picture, relatively to the magnetic or geographic north ; any unit can be used, and value can go up until 400 (for grades).
Pitch: this is the forward/backward tilt of the shot, relatively to the horizontal line.
Roll: this is the left/right tilt of the shot, relatively to the horizontal line.
Interest note: you can say here if you think that the selected image is of a big interest or not. It's not related to the 'artistic' note of the picture, and is mostly used to identify pictures showing important events or thinks.
Quality note: this is the 'artistic' note of the picture.

Keywords: you can assign any number of keywords to an image, to be able to describe it and to find it via queries. A combo-box displays all keywords already used to describe films or photos ; another list displays keywords actually assigned to the current picture.
